10.16. Manage Your Profile, API Keys, and Personal Notification Preferences
Update your personal information, change your password, generate API keys, and customize notification preferences in AlgaPSA.

Navigate to Settings > Profile.
- Basic Information: View and edit your first name, last name, email, phone number, and time zone.
- Language Preference: Pick the language you work in — the interface and email notifications sent to you switch to it, overriding the organization default. See Set Interface Languages for how personal, organization, and client language settings interact.
- Security: Change your current password by entering the old password and confirming the new one.
- API Keys: Generate API keys for personal use or specific integrations. Provide a description for the API key and set an optional expiration date. You can view your generated API keys, their creation and last used dates, status, and revoke them if needed.
- Notifications: Customize your personal notification preferences. You can toggle specific notifications on or off for various events related to invoices, projects, tickets, time entries, and more.
