Understand time entry periods in AlgaPSA including period statuses like In Progress, Submitted, Approved, and Changes Requested.

The Time Entry screen displays your time periods (e.g., "2026-07-01 – 2026-07-31"). The list shows only the periods that are relevant to you — unused historical timesheets no longer clutter the view. Each period shows:
- Status: "In Progress," "Submitted," "Approved," or "Changes Requested." The current time period is highlighted with a purple line to the left of it and carries a "Current" badge.
- Hours Entered: The total hours logged in the period so far.
- Days Logged: How many distinct days in the period have time recorded.
Click View to see and edit the time entries for a specific period.
