Reserve calendar time for an interaction

When logging an interaction with a Start Time, turn on Add to schedule to create a linked calendar entry. With user_schedule:update, use Schedule for to book a colleague's calendar. The entry follows edits to the interaction and is removed when the interaction is deleted. For the full workflow and checks, see 8.4. Log Phone Calls, Emails, and Meetings as Contact Interactions.

Editing an interaction retains its saved Interaction Type and Status in the dialog. New records use the administrator's default when no explicit status is selected; configure that under Settings > General > Interactions > Interaction Statuses, as described in 10.7. Define Interaction Types: Phone Calls, Emails, Meetings, and Custom Types.
