Learn the AlgaPSA sidebar menu across Tickets, Projects, Clients, Contacts, Documents, Time Management, Schedule, Dispatch, and Settings.
1. Getting Started with AlgaPSAUpdated: 7/10/2026
The left-hand sidebar menu allows you to navigate between different modules:
- Home: Your main dashboard overview.
- User Activities: Track user actions.
- Tickets: Manage all your service tickets and issues.
- Service Requests: Manage request definitions and client-facing service request workflows.
- Surveys: Review client satisfaction survey activity.
- Projects: Open All Projects or Templates.
- Clients: Access and manage all client information.
- Contacts: Manage individual contacts.
- Documents: Open All Documents or the Knowledge Base.
- Assets: Track client devices and managed assets.
- Inventory: Manage stock, purchasing, sales fulfillment, and inventory analytics (availability depends on your plan and version).
- Reports: View operational and billing reports.
- Time Management: Open Time Entry or Approvals.
- Billing: Manage contracts, invoicing, quotes, pricing, and accounting exports.
- Schedule: View and manage your team's schedule.
- Technician Dispatch: Assign tasks to technicians.
- Workflows: Open the Control Panel or Workflow Editor.
- System Monitoring: Review Job Monitoring and Email Logs.
- Extensions: Manage extensions when your edition or plan includes them.
- Settings: Open General, Profile, or Security settings.
- Support: Access help and support resources.
- Version Number: Displays the current version of AlgaPSA being run, and when clicked, directs you to our latest release notes on GitHub
