8.4. Log Phone Calls, Emails, and Meetings as Contact Interactions

From a contact's detail page, go to the Interactions tab and click + Add Interaction. Fill in the details as described in section 2.5 for client interactions, ensuring you accurately record the type and content of your communication with this individual.
