Robert has spent more than 25 years building software for technology providers. He started with ConnectWise in 2000 and became Chief Software Architect before founding Speed of Light Media in 2016. At Nine Minds, he leads AlgaPSA with a focus on the operating details MSPs care about: tickets, contracts, time, billing, automation, reporting, and client follow-through.
