• 01Run tickets end to end

  The full ticket workflow from the field, not a read-only viewer. Techs search and filter the queue, pick up and reassign work, change priority, move status, and set due dates from wherever they are. They document the fix as it happens, attaching photos and files and writing it up in a rich-text editor, so the ticket is complete before they leave the site instead of getting backfilled from memory that evening. A request that lands while a tech is between jobs can be triaged, assigned, and moving toward resolution before they reach the next one.

• 02Capture time while it happens

  Unbilled field hours are one of the easiest ways for an MSP to lose money, and they vanish quietly: the work got done, the entry never happened. The app makes the entry part of the work itself. Techs log time and materials on the ticket while still on site, billable by default. The Time Entries view then shows the current period day by day, with draft and billable status on every entry, so missing hours surface before the billing cycle closes instead of after the invoice goes out.

• 03Keep every conversation in the ticket

  Field work falls apart when the conversation scatters across texts, personal email, and hallway chats, because the next person to touch the ticket has no idea what was already said or promised. The app keeps it together. Techs reply to the client, leave internal notes for the team, and mention a colleague, all from the phone and all captured on the ticket, with clear separation between what the client sees and what stays internal. No note meant for the team lands in the client's inbox, and whoever picks the ticket up next reads the full history instead of asking around.
