Re-issue an install code
An install code is what you enter in the appliance setup wizard to bind a new appliance to your registration. Codes are single-use and last 30 days — if yours expired, was already redeemed, or you never got the email, enter the address you registered with and we'll send a fresh one (any previous unused code stops working).
Already installed and want to buy or change a license? That's a separate activation code — use the licensing portal.
Registered more than one appliance? Tell us which one you need a code for via support so we re-issue against the right registration.
