For workstations and servers, AlgaPSA can list the software discovered on the device so you can audit what's installed across your fleet.
- Open an asset.
- Select the Software tab.
Reading the Software List:
Each application is shown with its:
- Name
- Version
- Publisher
- Install Date
Searching and Filtering:
- Use the Search software box to find an application by name or publisher.
- Use the Category filter to narrow the list to Browser, Security, Productivity, or Development software (or All).
Where the Inventory Comes From:
The software list is populated from data reported by the device's remote-monitoring (RMM) integration. Assets that aren't connected to a monitoring tool, or that haven't reported software, will show an empty list. See 16.3. Asset Detail View and 10.15.
