Attach files and documentation to AlgaPSA assets and trace every change to a device with the asset audit log timeline.

Each asset keeps its own documents and a full history of changes, so supporting files and an audit trail live alongside the device record.
Attaching Documents:
- Open the asset.
- Select the Documents & Passwords tab.
- Upload, view, and remove documents associated with the asset — for example, purchase receipts, warranty certificates, configuration notes, or photos.
Reviewing the Audit Log:
- Open the asset.
- Select the Audit Log tab.
The audit log presents a timeline of every change to the asset — such as when it was Created or Updated — showing who made the change and when. Use it to trace how a device's record has evolved over time.
