Maintenance schedules let you plan recurring service for an asset — preventive checks, inspections, calibration, or replacement — and track how well you're keeping up.

  1. Open an asset.
  2. Select the Maintenance tab.

At the top, two summaries show the asset's Compliance Rate and its Next Maintenance date (or None Scheduled).

Creating a Maintenance Schedule:

  1. Click Schedule Maintenance.
  2. Complete the dialog:
    • Schedule Name (e.g., "Monthly Server Maintenance").
    • Description (optional).
    • Maintenance Type: Preventive, Inspection, Calibration, or Replacement.
    • Frequency: Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, or Yearly.
    • Interval: How many frequency units between services (e.g., an interval of 2 with a Weekly frequency means "every 2 weeks").
    • Next Maintenance Date: When the next service is due.
    • Active: Toggle the schedule on or off.
  3. Click Create Schedule.

Managing Schedules:

Existing schedules are listed in a table showing the Schedule Name, Type, Frequency, Next Maintenance, Last Maintenance, and Status. Use the Actions column to Edit or Delete a schedule.

Reviewing Maintenance History:

The Maintenance History section records each completed service, including when it was Performed At, Performed By, and any Notes.

Maintenance on the Dashboard:

Active schedules roll up into the Automation ready card on the Asset Inventory Dashboard, which shows how many services are Upcoming and how many are Overdue across your inventory.
