The Billing Dashboard is the central workspace where MSPs run every revenue activity — from authoring contracts and generating invoices to maintaining the service catalog, tax rates, and usage data. Open it whenever you need to bill clients, configure pricing, review draft invoices, or export financials to your accounting system.

How the sections relate
The dashboard mirrors the operational order MSPs follow to take a service from offering to invoiced revenue.
- Define what you sell in Service Catalog and Products so every billable item has a canonical record.
- Create reusable presets in Contract Line Presets that capture the billing model — fixed fee, hourly, or usage-based, with optional bucket overlays — and default rates.
- Build contracts in Client Contracts, optionally starting from Contract Templates, to assign presets and pricing to specific clients.
- Set billing cycles in Billing Cycles so each client is invoiced on the cadence that fits their contract.
- Generate invoices in Invoicing when billing periods become due.
- Review and send invoices from the Drafts and Finalized sub-tabs inside Invoicing, then export to accounting when finalized.
