View your assigned activities in AlgaPSA in card or table view, create personal ad-hoc to-dos, and switch to another user's view if you have the required permission.

- Navigate to User Activities from the sidebar. You can toggle between a Cards view and a Table view in the top right.
- You will see a list of recent activities, including the Type of activity (e.g., Ticket, Task, Schedule Entry), its Title, Status, Priority, and Due Date. Each row shows a colored left-edge accent indicating its activity type.
- Click View Details or Go to page for a specific activity to navigate to the associated record.
Ad-hoc to-dos
Ad-hoc to-dos are lightweight personal items you can create directly from the activities table without scheduling them.
- Click Add To-do in the table toolbar to create a new ad-hoc item.
- The new item appears in the list with a badge distinguishing it from scheduled tickets and tasks.
- Click the item to open its Detail Panel, where you can:
- Mark it Done using the toggle.
- Edit the title and description.
- Convert it to a service ticket (opens Quick Add Ticket) or a project task (opens the Convert to Project Task dialog). The ad-hoc item is removed from your list once it is converted.
- Delete it.
Ad-hoc items always appear in your list regardless of the active date filter.
Viewing another user's activities
Users with the Manage User Schedule (user_schedule:update) or View All User Schedules (user_schedule:read_all) permission can switch the activities view to another team member.
- Open the Viewing: picker in the table toolbar (it shows Me by default).
- Select a team member from the list.
- The table reloads showing that user's scheduled tickets, tasks, and activities. Personal ad-hoc to-dos and notification items are not shown when viewing another user.
- To return to your own view, select Me from the picker.
