Create a new AlgaPSA contact with name, email, phone, company association, role, notes, and status for accurate client records.

Create a new AlgaPSA contact with name, email, phone, company association, role, notes, and status for accurate client records.

  1. Navigate to Contacts from the sidebar.
  2. Click + Add Contact.
  3. Fill in the contact details:
    • Full Name
    • Email
    • Phone Number
    • Select Company: Associate the contact with an existing client company from the dropdown list (optional).
    • Role: Specify their role (e.g., "IT Manager," "Project Lead," "Financial Officer").
    • Notes: Add any relevant notes about the contact (e.g., "Primary contact for billing inquiries").
    • Status: Ensure the Active toggle is enabled if the contact is currently active.
  4. Click Add Contact.
