Preview images, text documents, PDFs, and videos directly in Alga PSA or download files to your computer.

- Preview: For images, text documents, and PDFs, you can click the thumbnail or "View" button to preview the content directly within Alga PSA. For videos, clicking "View" will open a built-in player.
- Download: Click the Download button on a document card to save the file to your local computer.
