Create new documents in Alga PSA using the built-in rich text editor with markdown formatting shortcuts for headings, lists, tables, and images.

- Navigate to Documents from the sidebar.
- Click + New Document.
- A dialog will open prompting you to choose a folder.
- Select a folder from the hierarchy (e.g., "No Place Like Home") and click Confirm.
- Optional: You can create a new folder or subfolder directly from this dialog by clicking New Folder, entering the name, and clicking Create Folder.
- Enter a clear Document Name (e.g., "Dorothy Correspondence").
- Type your content in the rich text editor, using markdown shortcuts for formatting (type
/for options like headings, bullet lists, tables, images, and videos). - Click Save.
