  1. Navigate to Documents from the sidebar.
  2. Click + New Document.
  3. A dialog will open prompting you to choose a folder.
  4. Select a folder from the hierarchy (e.g., "No Place Like Home") and click Confirm.
    • Optional: You can create a new folder or subfolder directly from this dialog by clicking New Folder, entering the name, and clicking Create Folder.
  5. Enter a clear Document Name (e.g., "Dorothy Correspondence").
  6. Type your content in the rich text editor, using markdown shortcuts for formatting (type / for options like headings, bullet lists, tables, images, and videos).
  7. Click Save.
