Organize AlgaPSA documents with folders and subfolders, then bulk-move files to keep MSP documentation easier to browse and maintain.

The left sidebar on the Documents page displays a Folders hierarchy.
Navigating Folders:
- Click on a folder name in the hierarchy on the left to view only the documents and subfolders within it.
Creating a New Folder:
- Click the New Folder button.
- Enter the desired Folder Name (e.g., "Ruby Slippers," "Yellow Brick Road").
- Click Create.
Creating a Subfolder:
- Navigate into the parent folder by clicking its name in the Folders hierarchy.
- Click the New Folder button.
- Enter the name for the subfolder. The creation dialog will confirm the parent folder (e.g., "Will be created in: /Ruby Slippers").
- Click Create.
Moving Documents to a Folder:
- Select the document(s) you wish to move by clicking the checkbox next to their name.
- Click the Move to Folder button that appears in the toolbar.
- In the "Move Selected Documents" dialog, select the destination folder from the hierarchy.
- Click Confirm.
