  1. Navigate to Projects from the sidebar.
  2. Click + Add Project.
  3. Fill in the project details:
    • Project Name: A clear and concise name for the project (e.g., "Network Infrastructure Upgrade - Q3 2025").
    • Description: Provide an overview of the project's goals, scope, and key deliverables.
    • Status: Set the current stage of the project (e.g., "Initiated," "Planning," "Executing," "Closed").
    • Client: Select the client company for whom this project is being undertaken.
    • Contact: Choose the primary contact person at the client company for this project.
    • Project Manager: Assign an internal team member responsible for overseeing the project.
    • Budgeted Hours: Enter the total estimated hours allocated for the entire project (e.g., "500").
    • Start Date and End Date: Define the planned duration of the project.
  4. Click Create Project.
