  1. Navigate to Technician Dispatch from the sidebar.
  2. The left panel lists Work Items. These are tasks or tickets not yet assigned to a technician's calendar.
  3. The right panel displays the schedules of your technicians for the selected day or week.
  4. Drag and Drop Assignment: Simply drag a work item from the left panel and drop it onto a technician's schedule at a specific time slot to assign it. This visually allocates the task.
  5. View Work Item Details: Click on a scheduled item on the technician's calendar to see its full details, including its associated ticket or project information.
  6. Use the Show Inactive Users toggle to include or exclude inactive technicians from the dispatch view.
