Edit scheduled item details or delete entries in Alga PSA with options to remove single, future, or all occurrences of recurring events.

  1. Click on an existing entry in the schedule to open the "Edit Entry" dialog.
  2. Edit details: Modify any of the fields (Title, Assigned Users, Start/End time, Recurrence, Notes). Click Save to apply changes.
  3. Delete Entry: Click the Delete Entry button at the top right of the "Edit Entry" dialog. If it's a recurring event, you'll be prompted to choose whether to delete "Only this event," "This and future events," or "All events." Confirm with Delete
