View your personal schedule by day, week, or month in Alga PSA and drag tickets, project tasks, and interactions onto your calendar.
5. Scheduling and DispatchUpdated: 4/21/2026
- Navigate to Schedule from the sidebar.
- You will see your personal schedule for the current day, week, or month.
- Use the < Prev and Next > buttons to navigate through dates.
- Toggle Show Inactive Users to include or exclude inactive team members from the schedule view.
- You can drag and drop various work items (tickets, project tasks, ad-hoc entries, or interactions) from the left panel directly onto your schedule to organize your day.
- Compare All / Clear All: Use these options to quickly view all team members' schedules or clear the view.
