  1. From the Time Entry screen, select a period and click View. Here you will see all logged entries for this time period.
  2. Click + Add new work item.
  3. You have two options for adding work items:
    • Search Work Items: Link the time entry to an existing ticket or project task by searching for its title or ID. This is recommended for tracked work.
    • Ad-hoc Entry: For work not directly associated with a specific ticket or project task. Enter a descriptive Title (e.g., "Internal Team Meeting," "Training Session").
  4. Set the Start Time and End Time using the date and time pickers.
  5. The Duration will be calculated automatically based on your start and end times.
  6. Select the Service category that best describes the work performed (e.g., "Testing," "Consulting," "Development").
  7. Add any relevant Notes for future reference (e.g., "Discussed project scope for Q3," "Completed onboarding documentation").
  8. Click Save.
