3. TicketsUpdated: 4/8/2026

From the ticket detail view, in the Time Entry section on the right, there are two ways to create time entries:

Based on the current time on the ticket timer

  1. Click Add Time Entry. This will open a time entry drawer.
  2. Enter a clear Description of the work performed (e.g., "Diagnosed network issue," "Applied software patch," "Client consultation").
  3. Specify the Start Time and End Time for the work, or directly enter the Duration (e.g., "1h 30m").
  4. Click Save Entry. The time will be recorded against the ticket, contributing to billable hours if applicable.

Based on tracked intervals

  1. Select the interval(s) that you want to create a time entry for.
  2. Click the clock icon to open the time entry form.
  3. Select a Service.
  4. (Optional) Select a Billing Plan.
  5. The Date and Duration will be filled in automatically based on the selected interval(s).
  6. Mark the entry as Billable if applicable.
  7. The Notes field will default to "Created from x interval(s)" (where x is the number of intervals selected). You can edit these notes as needed.
