The Ticketing Dashboard provides an overview of all tickets.

  • Filters: You can filter tickets by Board, Client, Status, Priority, Category, and Tags.
  • Search: Use the search bar to find specific tickets by title or ticket number.
  • Tags: You can see and add tags directly from this view next to each ticket (e.g., "Urgent," "Billing Issue"). Click the Tags Filter to filter by specific tags.
  • Reset Filters: Click to clear all applied filters.
