Explore the AlgaPSA ticketing dashboard, including filters for board, client, status, priority, category, tags, search, and reset controls.

The Ticketing Dashboard provides an overview of all tickets.
- Filters: You can filter tickets by Board, Client, Status, Priority, Category, and Tags.
- Search: Use the search bar to find specific tickets by title or ticket number.
- Tags: You can see and add tags directly from this view next to each ticket (e.g., "Urgent," "Billing Issue"). Click the Tags Filter to filter by specific tags.
- Reset Filters: Click to clear all applied filters.

Bulk Actions
Select multiple tickets using the checkboxes on the left of each row, or the checkbox in the column header to select all visible tickets. A bar appears at the bottom of the screen showing how many tickets are selected.
From this bar you can:
- Assign the selected tickets to a user or team
- Bundle related tickets together
- Move to Board to relocate tickets to a different board
- Delete the selected tickets
- More — change Status, change Priority, add Tags, or set a Due Date
Click Clear to deselect everything.
