Add formatted notes using markdown and log client interactions by type including phone calls, emails, and on-site meetings in Alga PSA.

  • Notes: Go to the Notes tab. Enter your notes in the provided text area. You can use markdown for formatting (type / for options like headings, bullet lists, images, tables, etc.). Click Save Note.

  • Interactions: Go to the Interactions tab. Click + Add Interaction.
    1. Select the Interaction Type (e.g., "Phone Call," "Email Correspondence," "On-site Meeting").
    2. Enter a concise Title for the interaction (e.g., "Follow-up on Q3 Review").
    3. Add detailed Notes regarding the interaction, including key discussion points or outcomes.
    4. Set the Start Time and End Time, which will automatically calculate the Duration in minutes.
    5. Click Save Interaction.
