- Notes: Go to the Notes tab. Enter your notes in the provided text area. You can use markdown for formatting (type
/for options like headings, bullet lists, images, tables, etc.). Click Save Note.

- Interactions: Go to the Interactions tab. Click + Add Interaction.
- Select the Interaction Type (e.g., "Phone Call," "Email Correspondence," "On-site Meeting").
- Enter a concise Title for the interaction (e.g., "Follow-up on Q3 Review").
- Add detailed Notes regarding the interaction, including key discussion points or outcomes.
- Set the Start Time and End Time, which will automatically calculate the Duration in minutes.
- Click Save Interaction.
