Immediately after creating a client, you will be prompted with a “Client Created” dialogue, from which you can view the client or add another. Later on, to view a client’s details, you can quickly view basic details by selecting the three dots to the right of the client’s name and clicking Quick View. To see the client’s full details, you can simply click on the client’s name, or select Edit from the three dots menu.
- Details: Overview of client information, locations, industry, size, annual revenue, client type, and status (Active/Inactive).
- Tickets: All tickets associated with this client. You can also add a new ticket from this screen, and it will automatically become associated with the client.
- Contacts: List of contacts for this client.
- Documents: All documents linked to this client.
- Additional Info: Extra information like Tax ID, Payment Terms, Parent Company, Timezone, and Last Contact Date.
- Notes: Internal notes (can be formatted using markdown).
- Interactions: Records of all communications and interactions.
