- Navigate to Clients from the sidebar.
- Click the + Create Client button
- Fill in the Client Details:
- Client Name: The full legal name of the client (e.g., "Acme Corporation," “Jane Doe”).
- Client Type: Select whether the client is a "Company" or an "Individual."
- Industry: Fill in the industry sector of the client (e.g., "Construction," "Healthcare," "Technology").
- Website URL: Client's official website (e.g.,
https://www.acmecorp.com). - Account Manager: Assign an internal account manager from your team.
- Enter the Client Location:
- Street Address, City, State, Zip Code, Country.
- Phone Number and Email for the primary contact at this location (e.g.,
info@acmecorp.com). The Country selected will automatically fill in the client’s phone code (e.g., Phone code for US: +1).
- Enter Contact Information for the primary point of contact at the client company:
- Name (e.g., "John Smith").
- Email (e.g.,
john.smith@acmecorp.com). - Phone (e.g., "+1 (555) 123-4567").
- Add any relevant Notes about the client or initial setup (e.g., "Client specializes in renewable energy solutions. Initial contact via industry conference.").
- Click Create Client.
