Clients can view billing information through the Client Portal, giving them transparency into invoices and service usage.
What Clients Can Access

| Invoices | List of finalized invoices with download capability |
| Hours by Service | Breakdown of time spent on different services |
| Usage Metrics | Detailed usage data with date range filtering |
Invoice Visibility
Clients only see finalized invoices. Draft or pending invoices are not visible in the Client Portal until finalized.
For each invoice, clients can:
- View invoice details and line items
- Download invoices as PDF
- Review payment history
Permissions
Client portal billing access is controlled by permissions. Ensure the client's portal role has:
- Billing resource access
- Client flag enabled for billing permissions
Without proper permissions, the Billing section will not be accessible to the client.
Hours and Usage Reporting
Clients can filter billing data by date range to see:
- Hours logged by service type
- Usage metrics for the selected period
This provides transparency into how time and resources are being allocated to their account.
