The Surveys Dashboard provides an overview of customer satisfaction feedback and recent responses.

  1. Navigate to Surveys from the sidebar.
  2. The dashboard displays key metrics: Invitations Sent, Responses Received, Response Rate, and Average Rating.
  3. Visualize data with charts for Response Trend, Satisfaction Distribution, and Top Issues.

Responses Tab

  • Click the Responses tab to view a list of all survey submissions.
  • Filter Responses using criteria like Template, Technician, Client, and Date Range.
  • The Recent Responses table shows submitted feedback, including the client, technician, rating, and the associated Ticket number.
