10.6. Notifications

Navigate to Settings > General > Notifications tab. This section allows you to configure system notifications.

• Global Settings: Toggle notifications on or off for the entire tenant and set a rate limit for notifications.
• Notification Categories: Enable or disable notifications for specific categories like Invoices, Projects, and Tickets.
• Email Templates: View and customize the content of email templates for various events.
